This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a Tuscan style, which adds to the charm of the stay. The location is near the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the sights and attractions.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

the place was very quiet in spite of its being near downtown and near very noisy streets. the room was beautiful and comfortable and the view was great.
maybe I expected more choice for breakfast

The bathroom was shared, but the place is so intimate that we didn't see anybody else and it was like having the house to ourselves.
Florence is a small city, so nothing is really too far away, however, this place is about 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town - a bit more "suburban". Not too far really, but away from the centre of town (but some people might like that!).

The breakfast was varied and satisfying, with a good selection of options. The location was also ideal, with only a short walk or bus ride to the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was in serious need of renovation. It felt outdated and in need of a deep clean.

The bed and breakfast was a charming little gem, tucked away in a quiet area. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. It had a nice outdoor area for eating. the location was convenient and easily accessible by bus.
The bathroom was a bit dated and could use some renovation. There was no heating in the bathroom, and the water remained wet on the floor.

Unassuming, quiet hotel. Good value for money. Away from crowds and near central railway station.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the center or 4 stations by bus which arrive every 20 minutes. The hotel is nice but the breakfast is very poor and very disappointing. Moreover, the rooms are not being cleaned every day. It was nice and very convenient taking into consideration that is wasn't expensive and there is a parking in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the protected parking lot for cars, which was a great convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and I enjoyed dining in the lovely outdoor area. this hotel provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the bustling city.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Quaint, and cozy home in the heart of town. Amenities were simple, as was the room, but we were perfectly comfortable. About 15 min walk, tho, to train station. Bus was close and easy to use in you don't want to walk. Our room was spacious and overlooked the patio. Upon arrival, Gabrielle, the proprietor, was friendly and very helpful. We had fun visiting with him, even tho there was a language barrier. Could be hard to find..go up side street on left of the Bank. Home sits back off the street.

The room is quite nice, and quiet, specially after 2 noisy days in Rome. I also like the yard in the morning.
